Returns

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unopened

  • Have all original tags still attached

  • Be sent back in its original packaging

  • Maintain its original scent

In order to return an item, please use our contact page and send an email including: 

  • Reason for return
  • Picture of the unopened and unused package
  • Order number/numbers

Refunds 

Refunds will be issued for the item(s) only and will not include any shipping or handling fees shown on your invoice or packing slip.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any insurance. We highly recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return arrives safely.

Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refund provided will reflect only the value of the returned product(s).

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original form of payment.

Please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene standards, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear and swimwear that have been open and or tried on.

  • Items bought during promotional sales 

  • Clearance merchandise – any product featured in our Sale section or marked with a percentage-off discount is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
